7 Days

Just a quick preview of a project that I am currently undergoing. I am in the process of collating all the relevant information from the diary to create a visual record of my day to day existence.

Permutations Re-work

I have recently gone back through some of my works and given them a shuffle about it some different formats. Here is my rejig of a four colour record of permutations involving CMYK as before. I am hoping to sharpen things up a little and become a little more clinical in the final visual result of some of the works. This should hopefully open up the door to some new possibility within which I can take them.

Degree Show

This is the installation that I setup for the Degree Show. It consisted of the materials that I used to create the works situated in the desk, which worked as a plinth for the catalogue raisonée that I produced detailing the evolutionary processes that form my work.

The viewer is greeted by my artist statement, which underpins the ethos of what I was attempting to do; then working round they are then supposed to read the contents of the book and finally discover the works within the plan chests.

The book is designed to work as an index and provide the viewer with some information about the work and the whole through which it came to fruition; and to also offer an alternative method of exhibiting the works.

"Permutations VII"

This piece is a short stop animation I made having recorded all the possible combinations used in the CMYK four colour printing process that we experience everyday. This is the seventh piece that I have created in this series.

Hold Fire.

The image above is of the installation that I've decided to include in the catalogue that we are producing for our Degree Show.

I have only just set up the blog and subsequently am still generating all my images etc. If you check back again in a week or so there should be some more creative delights for you to look at.
